Who you buy from
Every session booked on helpmeclarify.com is sold by my company, named on the legal notice and run by me, Narges Nesselbusch, in the Sharjah Research, Technology and Innovation Park free zone, United Arab Emirates. These terms apply to every booking made on the site.
What you buy
One BaZi session of one hour, online on Zoom, in English, French or Persian, around one clear question you bring.
The price is AED 400, VAT included.
You pay by card through Stripe, in full, when you book. The booking is made when Stripe confirms the payment, and a confirmation email with the details of your session follows. Your Zoom link is in that email or in a separate one from me.
What a session is, and what it is not
A session is a reading of your patterns and your timing, and a basis for a decision you make yourself. It is not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and it replaces none of these.
A reading describes patterns and periods. What you decide, and what you do with it, is yours.
Your birth details
A BaZi reading is built on the date, time and place of birth you give. Their accuracy is your responsibility. If they turn out to be wrong, the session still takes place and is not refunded.
Moving your session
You can move your session once, free of charge, if you ask at least 24 hours before it starts. Write to narges@helpmeclarify.com and a new hour is agreed among the free ones.
A second move, or a move asked less than 24 hours before, counts as a cancellation and is not refunded.
Cancelling
You can cancel up to 48 hours before your session and receive the full amount back. Write to narges@helpmeclarify.com. Stripe returns the money to the card you paid with, usually within ten days.
A cancellation less than 48 hours before the session is not refunded.
If you do not come to the session, it is not refunded. If you join late, the session still ends at its planned time.
If I have to cancel
If the session cannot take place for a reason on my side, you choose a new hour among those open on the booking page.
If none of them suits you, the full amount comes back to your card.

These terms are governed by the law of the United Arab Emirates.
